How to Order

I accept Paypal!

Order turnaround time is currently: 4-5 weeks

Payment: I prefer payment up front via Paypal. However, I do accept deposits of 50% with the remainder due before shipping. A charge of 30c + 3% of each transaction will apply to your order if using Paypal. I can also accept personal check, money order and cashiers check. I will provide my Seattle, WA payment address once your order is placed.

Shipping: Usually hair orders will fit inside padded envelopes for shipping. In this case my charge is a flat $10 within the US and Canada. For larger orders, shipping varies, as do my methods of collecting for it.

Refunds: I will send you progress photos, as well as photos of your finished order before sending to ensure your total satisfaction. For this reason I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, but I will do the best I can to ensure your total satisfaction with your purchase.

Extras: If you purchase my work please consider sending me a photo of yourself wearing it to add to the site, I will gladly offer 10% off your next order from me (but only if I ever actually RECEIVE the photos, people :) ). Please remind me when you place your next order.
